Counter Sales & Service Associate
Our Hardscape Supply Company is seeking a hard working, energetic self starter to join our team of Sales Associates!
Our Sales team will intercept and initiate phone calls, prepare quotes and orders for customer pick up or delivery as well as assist with all customers’ needs as they enter the store.
Our Sales associates are responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, restocking and more in our retail Hardscape Supply Stores.
We're looking for an associate that is comfortable engaging in face to face, phone, and electronic sales while utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed the company sales goals.
Expect to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all current and prospective Seasons Supply Co. customers
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with Contractors and Retail customers
- Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
- Assist customers with design and the best product selection for their project
- Create and Follow up on customer quotes and seek maximum quote to order conversion
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Schedule deliveries
- Proactively identify and suggest opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
- Partner with team leaders to understand and implement new methods and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
- Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Set Schedule
- Be familiar with Hardscaping Supplies and Materials as well as Bulk Materials
- Share expertise with other team members
- Routine facility maintenance and cleaning to ensure a Clean, Inviting and Safe enviroment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Compensation is dependent on experience.
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Paid holidays and PTO offered Immediately
- Hardscaping product knowledge is an absolute plus!
- Level headed, Customer oriented team player an absolute MUST!
Hourly Rate $19 - $26 per hour. Annual Performance & Safety Based incentives and Raises!
