Yard Operator & Material Handler
Our Hardscape Supply Company is seeking hard working, energetic self starters to join our team of Yard Personnel.
The Yard Team handles all operations in our Hardscape and Masonry Supply Yards.
The Yard Team is responsible for maintaining a Neat, Organized and Safe environment both in and around our Hardscape Supply facilities.
The Yard Team will build customers' orders and ensure that all material quantities are correct before delivery
We are seeking individuals that can safely and efficiently operate Compact Wheel Loaders and Fork Machines to unload and stage arriving inventory.
Operators must also be exceptional at Loading and Placing material in customer vehicles with care and cause NO Damage.
Expect to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Seasons Supply Co. customers
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
- Safely and efficiently load all Customer and Company vehicles with Bulk and Palletized Materials.
- Assist customers with Hand Loading of Retaining Wall and Pavingstone products.
- Work Outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs on a regular basis
- Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other yard tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Work with Sales staff to ensure timely deliveries and material availability.
- Routine facility maintenance and cleaning to ensure a Clean, Inviting and Safe Supply Yard.
- Routine Equipment repair & maintenance.
- Be familiar with Hardscaping Supplies and Materials as well as Bulk Materials
- Share expertise with other team members
- Full Time 40+ Hours per Week
- Be available Monday - Saturday 6:30am-5:30pm
- Compensation is dependent on experience.
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Paid holidays and PTO offered Immediately
- Hardscaping product knowledge is an absolute plus!
- Level headed, Customer oriented team player an absolute MUST!
Hourly Rate $18 - $26 per hour. Annual Performance & Safety Based incentives and Raises!
